Welcome to our facility! Villa Florencia is happy to host you! For a pleasant and safe stay it is good to know the rules of the internal regulation of the villa. On the day of arrival, guests are required to register with their identity document, pay the total payment of the stay and the deposit, which will be returned upon check-out, as each guest is responsible for damages or loss of the systems present in the housing unit, if there is more damage, you will be asked for the relative amount; In case of loss of the key you will be charged the amount of 100.00 usd for the change of the lock; The locations of Villa Florencia are exclusively reserved for guests who occupy the apartments and therefore access to unauthorized persons is prohibited, visits by any external guests must be declared at reception and a valid identity document must be presented to the concierge; It is not possible to sub-let the apartment; You can take possession of the housing unit after 02:00pm on the day of arrival and you must vacate it by 10:00am on the day of departure, making an appointment with the host; Before leaving your housing unit, you are kindly requested to close doors and windows, lights, TVs, air conditioners and turn off the water taps; It is forbidden to hang clothes on the balconies; The manager of the apartments has the right to enter for cleaning and management of the same; Apartment cleaning is included (from 10:00am to 3:30pm), kitchen cleaning, dishes and cutlery are not included; the possible cost is 20.00usd per day, subject to agreements with the host; Any disturbing noise is prohibited from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and from 11:00am to 7:00am; We love animals but their stay is not allowed; It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartments; The administration is not responsible for any theft or loss, therefore we invite you to use the safe in the apartment; Objects or other items forgotten by guests will remain in custody for 15 days; The apartment manager has the right to suspend the service to the customer in case of violation of the regulation. Per un soggiorno piacevole e sicuro è bene conoscere le norme del regolamento interno della villa.
Il giorno dell’arrivo gli ospiti hanno l’obbligo di registrarsi con il proprio documento d’identità, versare il pagamento totale del soggiorno e la cauzione, che verrà restituita al momento del check-out, in quanto ciascun ospite è responsabile di danni o smarrimenti degli impianti presenti nell’unità abitativa, se vi saranno danni superiori Vi sarà richiesto il relativo ammontare;
In caso di smarrimento della chiave vi sarà addebitato l’ammontare di 100,00 usd per il cambio della serratura;
Le locazioni di Villa Florencia sono esclusivamente riservate agli ospiti che occupano gli appartamenti e quindi è vietato l’accesso ai non autorizzati, le visite di eventuali ospiti esterni dovranno essere dichiarate in reception e sarà necessario depositare al portiere un documento d’identità valido;
Non è possibile sub-affittare l’appartamento;
Potete prendere possesso dell’unità abitativa dopo le 02:00pm del gg dell’arrivo e dovete lasciarla libera entro le ore 10:00 am del gg della partenza, prendendo appuntamento con l’host;
Siete cortesemente pregati, prima di lasciare la Vostra unità abitativa, di chiudere porte e finestre, luci, TV, climatizzatori e chiudere rubinetti dell’acqua; È vietato stendere panni sui balconi;
Il gestore degli appartamenti ha il diritto di entrare per la pulizia e la gestione dei medesimi;
Le pulizie dell’appartamento sono incluse (dalle h10:00 am alle 3:30pm), pulizia cucina, piatti e stoviglie non sono incluse; l’eventuale costo è di 20,00usd giornaliero, previ accordi con l’host;
E’ vietato qualsiasi rumore molesto dalle 2:00pm alle 4:00pm e dalle 11:00am alle 7: 00am;
Amiamo gli animali ma non è consentito il soggiorno degli stessi;
E’ severamente vietato fumare all’interno degli appartamenti;
L’amministrazione non è responsabile di eventuali furti o smarrimenti perciò Vi invitiamo a utilizzare la cassaforte presente nell’appartamento; Oggetti o altro, dimenticati dagli ospiti, rimarranno in custodia per 15gg;
Il gestore dell’appartamento ha il diritto di sospendere il servizio al cliente in caso di violazione del regolamento.
